We are so excited for Data Driven Summit 2018. Here are all the details you should know in preparation for the conference.

A: The Summit will be Monday, October 1st to Wednesday, October 3rd. It all starts with the Welcome Reception at 6 p.m. on Monday, and finishes with our closing session, which will end at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

A: The exclusive Grow Boot Camp will be Monday, October 1st, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A: Super Early Bird pricing ends March 31st. This will be the best price available!

A: Yes, we provide discounts for groups of two or more. The first Summit pass and first Boot Camp pass in your group will be charged at the full current ticket rate (Super Early Bird, Early Bird, Full Price, etc.). Additional Summit passes will be discounted at $50 off per ticket.

Group discounts are automatically applied when you register for tickets. Simply complete registration details for the first member of your group, click “Save Registrant,” and then click “Add Registrant” when the popup window appears. Continue this process until you have added all members of your group, then continue to billing.

A: The Boot Camp ticket includes admission to all Boot Camp activities, including multiple session tracks covering data strategies and product training for all user skill levels, as well as lunch and snacks.

The Summit ticket includes admission to all Summit activities, including the Welcome Reception, keynotes, and breakouts. It also includes food and drink at the Welcome Reception, to be held at The Summit, Snowbird’s unique venue atop Hidden Peak at 11,000 feet, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the conference.

There will be gluten free and vegetarian options available at all meals. Please inform us of any food allergies. We cannot guarantee accommodation for all allergies.

Session topics will range from high-level business strategy and leadership to actionable tactical training on executing data-driven strategies in your role.

A: At the Summit, you’ll learn from experienced industry experts how to grow and scale a business with actionable tactics and strategy. Our awesome lineup of forward-thinking keynote speakers will deliver powerful insight on business issues and trends along with mountains of motivation, and with a variety of breakout sessions offered each day, you can customize your Summit experience to match your interests.

Data Driven Summit kicks off Monday, October 1st at 6 p.m. with the Welcome Reception, to be held at The Summit, Snowbird’s unique venue atop Hidden Peak at 11,000 feet.

A: No, the Summit is open to anyone, whether you’re a Grow customer or not. We will have Grow-specific resources available throughout the show, but the conference will be worthwhile for anyone interested in accelerating and scaling their business.

Grow’s Certification Boot Camp is exclusively for Grow customers.

A: We’re doubling the content this year, including multiple tracks and sessions ranging from beginner to advanced so that you can customize your experience to meet your needs. Boot Camp will offer a full day of expert training on how to skillfully explore, analyze, and visualize data within your company and master the Grow platform.

A: Yes. The Grow Data Bar will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day with customer success reps on hand to help answer questions and solve problems.

A: Full refunds for conference or boot camp tickets will be given if tickets are cancelled by August 24, 2018. If you cancel on or after August 25, 2018, you will be refunded 40% of the amount paid. After September 10, 2018, no refunds will be offered.

To cancel your registration (and get your refund, if applicable), send an email to datadrivensummit@grow.com and let us know if you want to cancel your registration for Data Driven Summit 2018, your registration for Grow Certification Boot Camp, or both.

A: Transfers will be accepted until September 10, 2018. Send an email to datadrivensummit@grow.com and we will process your ticket transfer as soon as we can.

A: Snowbird is 45 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Transportation from the airport can be easily arranged via taxi, bus, car rental, rideshare, or the Snowbird concierge. See the Location page for all details regarding transportation to and around Snowbird.

A: Highs at Snowbird in early October are typically in the 60s. Because of the altitude (7,000-8,000 ft. above sea level), temperatures can drop quickly in the evenings, with early October lows reaching into the 30s. Here’s the forecast.

A: Yes. Lunch and snacks will be provided for Boot Camp attendees. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided for Summit attendees, as well as food and drink at the Welcome Reception.
